As leaders of our young men through the cub scouts process, we need to be skillful and very knowledgable in the processes of this great organization. We need to be successful to learn and teach the right information to share with our cubs. Every leader is asked to complete the youth protection training at the time of being added to our great leadership. We also have many other training topics that are very beneficial to leading our cubs into Boy Scouts and wonderful citizens of our community.

I would like to see all training completed by the start of the new scout year in September. Please remember to print off your certificates and hand them into the Pack training for record keeping. I would also like to see all applications filled out and handed back to the committee by the April Leaders Meeting (4/14/14) to be finalized by our Charter Organization.
