I brought everything to work so I could scan.  You will find attached:

a) worksheets that need to be completed throughout the journey

b) pages from the Girl Book that need to be read

c) my handwritten notes/assignments (notice there is some work that has to be done at home)

d) copy of my 'Flipping Your Food' book

I have made a folder for every girl so no need to print the attachments unless you misplaced them, want to complete the worksheets ahead of time, or did not received your folder.  All worksheets need to be turned in by July 22.

Here's the dates I'm thinking...

Meeting 3/4 at my house on Saturday, 7/7 at 9am.  We have to go to the Mansfield Farmer's Market and they are only open on Saturday's from 8am-1pm.  The girls need to bring a dish.  We will need some parents to go with us to the Farmer's Market.

Meeting 5/6 at EBOC on Sunday, 7/15 at 3pm.

Meeting 7/8/9/10 at EBOC on Sunday, 7/22 at 3pm

That's the Sow What journey for Seniors (grades 9-10).  Instead of spreading it out in 1 hour sessions over 12 months I have combined some of the sessions together.  I'm guessing each meeting will be about 2 hours but that is JUST A GUESS.  We will stay until we complete that portion.

If you are unable to attend a meeting you can do as much as possible at home to make up (or go to the farmer's market on another Saturday).  There are certain handouts that need to be completed when we go to the farmer's market.  All worksheets need to be completed by 7/22 to finish the journey.

Keep in mind ALL of us need to complete 2 Full Journeys in order to START on the Gold Award.  If you are not interested in completing your Gold Award you do not have to complete any journeys.
