InStep with Cub Scouting (SHAC Website)
InSTEP with Cub Scouting den meeting plans have been created by volunteers of Sam Houston Area Council. The program is designed to assist Cub Scout den leaders who have boys of different grades/ages/ranks in the same den. The den meeting plans show how each Cub Scout can complete work on his own grade-appropriate advancement requirements during the same den meeting.

New packs with only a few boys of each age group may find these InSTEP plans useful in getting started. As membership grows and individual grade-based dens can be forms, den leaders may then prefer to use traditional Cub Scout resources such as Den and Pack Meeting Resource Guide.

New material will be posted monthly.

Boy Scout Trail
(Resource Information)
This site began as a way to chronicle the experiences of one small group of cub scouts in Minnesota on their trail from tiger cubs to eagle scouts. They documented program schedules, advancements achieved, most all of activities, games played, and skits performed. But, as things tend to evolve, they added more ideas that would be fun to try some day. Soon, it turned into a resource of ideas for scouts everywhere to use. Hopefully, you'll use this site to improve your scouting program.
