Girl Scouts requires 3 forms for every girl to participate in Girl Scouts.  Please make sure you have the following forms completed by the first meeting:

• Membership - Submit Form or Register Online
• Health History
• General Permission Slip

For Adults to chaperone and help with events, the Council requires the following forms:

• Adult Membership - Submit Form or Register Online
• Volunteer Application
• Background Checks

If you need Financial Assistance with any aspect of Scouting, the Council has funds available for you.  Please read the attachments for more information and to apply for financial aid.  If you have any questions or need help, please contact your troop leader.

Activity Permission slips are passed out during the troop meetings for upcoming events.  Each event on our private calendar has the permission form for the event on it.  If you need a blank permission slip for any reason, you will find one below.  A completed permission slip is REQUIRED for your Scout to participate in any activity.
