BSA Troop 342

                   Troop Information

Since 1968, Troop 342 has been helping boys through Boy Scouting activities, and most importantly, learning life skills. Our Troop's year-round scouting program is designed for boys who are in the 6th grade through 12th grade. Our Troop is run entirely with volunteers. We cannot offer our successful program without the help of your family! Parents, leaders, boys, and adults have fun in a safe environment, together, as we achieve the purposes of Boy Scouting.

We are part of Pioneer District of the newly merged, Silicon Valley Monterey Bay Council (Santa Clara County Council and Monterey Bay Area Council), Boy Scouts of America.  We are chartered by Holy Cross Lutheran Church, but we are a non-denominational Troop and have boys from many faiths.  We accept boys from all Cub Scout Packs and schools, and have many local schools represented.  Our Troop meetings typically meet every Monday of each week, at the Holy Cross Lutheran Church. This sometimes changes due to holidays and special events.
