Cub Scout Pack 3239

Serving the students of the Kenowa Hills district

We are a fun group of Cub Scouts who enjoy exploring and learning together!  Cub Scout boys are arranged into dens according to age or grade as follows:

  • Age  7 or in 1st grade  Tiger Den
  • Age  8 or in  2nd grade Wolf Den
  • Age  9 or in  3rd grade Bear Den
  • Age 10 or in 4th grade Webelos I Den
  • Age 10 or in 5th grade Webelos II Den

Cub Scouts meet in their dens about once or twice a month with parent involvement to work on achievements and advancement activities.  Once a month the entire Pack meets (usually a Friday evening at Kenowa Hills Central Elementary School (formerly the Intermediate School), 4252 Three Mile Road NW) for advancement ceremonies and fun activities.  We also meet as a Pack to perform service projects and lots of fun, educational, exciting, team-building activities!

Some of the activities Pack 3239 participates in yearly include:

  • Pinewood Derby
  • Scouting for Food
  • Blue & Gold Banquet
  • Cake Auction
  • Raingutter Regatta
  • Whitecaps Baseball games & campouts
  • Summer Camp
  • Veterans' Day Parade
  • Memorial Day observance
  • 9/11 Salute
  • Campouts and campfires
  • and of course, our monthly Den and Pack Meetings!
"I AM A SCOUT.  I am 88% less likely to drop out of high school. I am twice as likely to be a supervisor and leader. I am four times more likely to be an FBI agent. I am three times more likely to be an astronaut. I am twice as likely to graduate as an officer from one of our four military academies."
