Ready to join? Some quick paperwork is all we need to get you and your soon to be Scout(s) [Girls & Boys!!] on their way to becoming Cub Scouts!
Please check out the attached Welcome Guide for New Cub Scout Families for answers to many common questions.
An application must be filled out for each Scout Youth and Adult to register with Scouts BSA. Please fill out the applications as completely as you can and turn them in to Andrew Huddle the Cubmaster as soon as you can.
It is also a great idea to complete the Family Talent Survey as well as review the Age Appropriate Activities attachments. They will help us get to know you better and fill you in on what kind of fun to expect at each level of scouting.
You also need to fill out and turn in medical forms along with the Activity Consent Form, attached below. Parts A and B are required for most activities we do. This is a general health questionnaire and release. If you intend to have your Scout participate in resident Camp, events lasting >72 hours, or they have a particular medical condition of concern, Part C will be needed to be filled out by your physician.
PLEASE DO NOT EMAIL MEDICAL FORMS OR APPLICATIONS. THEY HAVE PERSONAL IDENTIFICATION INFORMATION ON THEM AND WE NEVER WANT TO RISK YOUR IDENTITY SECURITY OR THAT OF OUR SCOUTS. Feel free to let us know they are ready for turn-in by emailing, calling or texting the Cubmaster and we will coordinate the collection of the documents.
